Position Summary: Ability to be the face of the St. Ann Center, because you are the first person a visitors sees when they walk through our doors.
Meets with clients and family members as necessary for any follow-up in-home care, in close collaboration with the Director.
Our patients include the elderly in the area as well as children and other vulnerable people who may have limited access to the services we provide.
Position Summary: St. Ann Center values the intrinsic worth of every person, and has as a goal that every person will achieve his/her maximum potential.
Previous experience in senior care and skilled nursing facilities will make this transition much easier.
