A Client support analyst’s objective is to deliver necessary changes to expand and improve Solarity within our clients’ electronic medical record ecosystem.
Preferably having successfully completed installation of the two standard Solarity deployment models including inpatient and ambulatory builds.
Advanced ability to use various analytical methods to draw out unexpressed and complex business needs and requirements.
College degree in a field of information technology preferred, or equivalent work experience strongly encouraged.
