During maintenance emergencies coordinate with the assistant director of Programs to move the client to a safe room until repairs are made.
Oversee care delivery to Residents including orientation to the emergency shelter and the provision of information, services and goods.
Once housing is secured, the Case Manager will work to link families with services and resources to help them stabilize in their new housing and neighborhood.
