You will be the point of contact for all remote monitoring tasks and issues, relating to patient pathways of care.
The care certificate will be open to all new recruits for those that would like to undertake it regardless of where you want to end up.
You will be working with our existing registered nurses and nursing care support workers in a variety of areas and services in this new role.
You will need to be a Registered Nurse, with a mentorship/teaching qualification and clinical experience at Band 6 or 7 in an acute setting.
