The HR Manager will work closely with the farm managers to make sure the crew is adequately staffed and trained during various times of the year.
If you live in between our Granby and Montague farm locations, you could also work at the Montague farm at times, which is helpful.
As this is a new position to our farm you will be part of development of the position with the goal of entering into a management position.
This is an exciting and challenging, albeit dirty, job for anyone who is looking for a change of pace or to advance their farming career to the next level.
