Cover front office in time of need - greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests of hotel when necessary.
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of different points of interest within the surrounding areas of the hotel and New York City attractions.
To ensure that food and beverage associates are always correctly and smartly dressed, that they offer professional and courteous service to their customers.
