TheSenior Contract Coordinator is part of the Offer Development group and is responsible for the management of service contracts for Ortho’s equipment portfolio in a way that ensures customer satisfaction and compliance to company policy.
The principal accountabilities of this position are to troubleshoot, design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions to issues and opportunities as required and to work with the Ortho Commercial business team in their support of customers.
Using this information and knowledge of commercial real estate, this position will provide critical input to the Senior Leaders at Ortho to make strategic recommendations on locations for future opportunities.
Learn how to troubleshoot technical problems and systems issues to determine the best technical solution in accordance with our product specifications and our customers' needs of reporting their patient results with Ortho instruments.
Using a phased approach and a purposeful maturity model, you will lead and support the efforts to optimize how we manage and use customer master data at Ortho.
