We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong Client facing skills and have done implementations using any or all Salesforce technologies (Salesforce b2b commerce, Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce CMS).
The role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and together with her and her leadership team the CIO will champion a culture of innovation, insights and proven delivery across the Department.
Products are well-developed using collaboration between Biz Ops Teams, operationally ready, in-tact automation is in place, and product is fully supportable by our React (production support) Team.
