Health Link Hospice is seeking an On-Call registered nurse rn) to provide care at our patient's homes throughout the San Francisco and Peninsula area.
Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a therapist, including a minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
Is able to interact in a personal and professional manner to insure that the department functions in the best possible way to insure quality care is provided.
Some of the duties include: filing, data entry and assisting the therapists/rehab director with the day to day operations of the department.
