Able to execute the One Memorial Hermann culture in providing technical and procedural support to other phlebotomy staff and locations when needed.
The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of data and reports that may be presented at hospital, system and board levels in the organization.
Working knowledge of managed care, inpatient, outpatient, and the home health continuum, as well as utilization management and case management.
Holds Preferred SNF Facilities accountable to ensure that all Memorial Hermann patients are assigned to Clinically Aligned Physicians.
Notify RN and/or Sr. Cardiac Rehab Exercise Specialist of patient with symptoms and/or values that are out of range or condition changes.
