Full Job Description This position will focus primarily on the fabrication and repair of molds and silicone forms used in our fiberglass layup processes.
They may also operate a thermoformer which is essentially a large oven that heats sheets of plastic and then forms them in a mold.
If you like working with machines and mastering processes for maximum efficiency, this may be the position for you!
