Selected candidate will be working with Scanning electron microscopy of glass fiber to determine where and how the fiber is broken and documenting accordingly.
Interact with multiple departments and various levels of personnel to gather VOC, develop the PI sheet, and then the Scope of Work (SOW) for each project.
Create accurate and cost-effective NDS and/or CAD design for FTTX (fiber to the home, fiber to the business, etc.)
Recognize the need for changes or improvements to equipment and sample preparation techniques.
