FNP: MSN and a graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program with a current and valid Arizona State license with prescribing authority.
This position will also be required to work with providers and other Canyonlands’ staff to assist in the provision of quality primary medical services.
Screens patient as per Canyonlands’ current standard (includes, but is not limited to: taking vital signs, noting chief complaint, noting allergies, etc).
Work closely with the Pharmacy Director and Grant Manager in tailoring health education and remote patient monitoring plans for each client in the cohort.
Will manage ALL travel arrangements, bookings, and unit reservations for requests for use of the Mobile Health Unit.3.
