MUST have 4 years of STRONG/CURRENT HRIS analyst FUNCTIONAL experience as an HR employee in an HRIS team (not in IT or in a technical IT capacity).
We are able to provide strategic and tactical professionals to the 'C' level office and we perform contingency, container, and retainer based search projects.
You are NOT an SAP project manager or manager as your core scope of responsibility but do have STRONG initiative leadership and project management skills.
This needs to be as an employee of a corporate IT department and not as a consultant, contractor, or computer vendor or computer services organization.
