The students in this “KaiPod” are matched by age and are enrolled in an online school that provides them with a standards-aligned, accredited curriculum.
Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the students at the pod have a fun, productive day of learning when the primary Learning coach is absent.
KaiPod Coaches are responsible for making the space a place where students are safe, can focus and complete assignments, and have fun together.
Finally, Coaches need to deeply know their students and connect them with educational experiences they will find fun and engaging.
