Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN and has a current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) in which he/she practices
We are a community health Accredited Partner for Medicare, we provide Home Health Care services to Medicare and Managed Care patients.
Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services in accordance with the core values of Interim HealthCare.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment and may require occasional work to be performed in patient homes.
