You will also be the primary contact for other Icebreaker teams – especially our sourcing and planning teams based in Auckland, and our external vendors.
This role will provide support and collaboration for our Retail Area Managers, ensuring that our corporate strategy and vision comes to life in our locations.
Work through how to deal with customer complaints in a way that meets customers’ needs and ensures icebreakers brand integrity and processes are followed
Strong commercial acumen - understands how businesses work and proactively seeks to keep up to date with what’s going on within the business
As the marketing leader of Icebreaker’s North America’s, you will own the vision, strategy and execution of all brand demand creation initiatives in region.
