The Transportation Manager is an active member of the High Desert Milk management team.
Responsibilities/Duties (include but not limited to): Manage all daily activities related to the processes of fresh milk into a dried powder.
Demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness both at the dairy and on the truck (outside of truck and trailer, and interior of cab).
· Demonstrates a working knowledge of the hazards associated with chemical and substances commonly used in butter manufacture and in the plant.
The operator will be responsible for all packaging materials as well as complying with any issues with regards to weight and identification.
