The role of the Member Solutions Specialist is to preserve the credit union's assets by providing members service to those with negative accounts.
The Financial Consultant will educate our members on the alternative investment options not available to them at the credit union.
Ability to maintain knowledge of all consumer loan products and rates, both within the credit union and from the industry overall.
Periodically review and promote our consumer web tools including Balance, SavvyMoney, and It's a Money Thing.
