This position could have access to patient confidential records and must comply with HIPAA regulations as well as Hospital and Clinic Compliance Policies.
These duties are performed in accordance with all applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors.
This position will also serve as a fill-in floor tech, and will be expected to learn all aspects of floor care.
Employees are expected to arrive at their position, in uniform, and using the hospital time system, be clocked in promptly at the beginning of their shift.
Team Duties:Evaluates the effectiveness of the care team and identifies problems and guides team members to their solution.
