This position is working with children who have behavioral and developmental challenges directly related to trauma.
Educate and support families and their formal/informal supports in accessing available community resources utilizing referrals to the Family Partner as needed.
Must be able to function independently and be able to seek guidance when necessary to assist in working with the children and families.
Track and document information related to the transportation of children to and from the agency in a timely manner
