The liquidity product team is focused on building and launching a marketplace for private securities, called CartaX. CartaX is still in development and is a new product and business line for Carta.
Drive accountability : Building more owners is as much of a Carta product problem, as it is part of a managers responsibilities.
You are a self starter who can build relationships across the company, understand how to prioritize your work, is able to partner with members of your team, and understands when data can and should be used to improve Carta.
This is a critical role in which you will work directly with Carta customers to ensure they are capable of producing audit-defensible work for their Financial Reporting needs.
The firm acts in a placement agent capacity and has the capabilities to execute primary and secondary equity transactions both on and off the CartaX ATS. Finally, the firm acts in a clearing broker capacity for transactions executed on its platform.
