The payroll coordinator processes payroll for assigned shows and to be the point of contact for the client in aspects of payroll processing.
Purpose: The Data Entry Floater will be the primary point of data into the payroll system to help ensure timely and accurate data.
Purpose: The position will provide support to our clients to file for varying tax incentives in the different states.
Follow up with clients when payments are late or when we have short payments, handling all aspects of the collection process.
Provide on the job training for multiple payroll contracts, including entertainment industry guilds and unions, for new and current Payroll Coordinators.
