This highly motivated individual will report to a patient experience Lead and collaborate with the Patient Experience Team. He or she is responsible for supporting our Brooks System of Care initiatives to deliver on a superior patient experience.
The contract manager will also be assigned a supportive role on one or more of the major payer negotiations teams, and will act as a knowledge resource for that major payer relationship for Brooks Health System.
