Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards, assist Room Attendants as needed, provide necessary training.
Serve as an ambassador for the hotel by actively participating in civic, community and business groups and by sponsoring special events at the hotel.
Be aware of all rates, packages and special promotions; Be familiar with all inhouse groups; Be aware of closed out and restricted dates.
The RDO will serve as the linchpin for communications with hotel leadership teams, brand representatives, key vendors and the corporate support office.
Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
