The Head of leadership Recruiting will lead innovation around the Alegeus selection process to build and maintain diversity of people and in thought.
MISSION: Your mission is to manage the Alegeus salesforce tenant and play a leading role in overhauling how it is configured and maintained.
In short, you will work on the front lines to help Alegeus achieve maximum value, recognition and sales conversions for its full product line.
The position will work closely with all members of the Human Capital team, and employees in all locations throughout the company.
AThis is a unique role inside of Alegeus, this position will make significant impact and have direct visibility to all levels of the organization.
