- Kid Stock is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and fun Musical Theatre Teaching Artist - Song, Dance, Drama.
- Reporting to the Program Manager (PM), Teaching Artists facilitate daily instruction and activities for pre-k to 8th grade students in one or more arts disciplines.
- Teaching artists plan and implement one or more of the following as assigned by their supervisor: skills- and performance-based lessons on subjects including but not limited to voice, dance, acting and performance technique; music and dance theory; choreography; improvisation; and arts & crafts.
- In partnership with a co-teacher, ensures all performance elements (such as songs, dances, dialogue, blocking, and/or other acting/performance techniques) of 1 - 5, 30 - 60 cast size children's musical theater productions per semester are performance ready.
- Under the direction of the PM, coordinates delegation of instruction and content preparation responsibilities per class and per production (i.e. songs instruction, dance choreo and instruction, and drama direction) between self, Co-Teaching Artist, and when applicable Assistant Teaching Artist, and Director In Training
