- DIRECTV is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Advanced Analytics to gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of operational and customer data to identify key drivers, relationships, and insights to support Loyalty Call Center Operations, to include agent performance, customer behavior, disconnect rates, retention strategy evaluation, and recommendation.
- Projects may include disconnect analysis, customer behavior/segmentation, credit spend/offer effectiveness product level analysis, and customer experience analysis, all with a focus on customer retention.
- Preferred degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Required Technical Skills/Competencies - Databricks, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Relational Database Structures, Data Analytics/Data Mining Tools.
- PowerBI/Tableau, Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel skills.
