- Curricula development – In coordination with the training administrator planning, organizing, and developing training curricula, materials and programs including PowerPoints, job aids, hand-on activities, participant guides, eLearning, digital content, training plans, pre- and post-class communication.
- Facilitation – Lead delivery product training with Hand Tools and GPT trainers and and/or secure Product Training Champions; select appropriate delivery methods; adapt facilitator to the audience (ATG associates, distributors, end-users, customers)
- Operations Management – In coordination with the training administrator manage scheduling of product training, leadership training, customer visits, and organizational meetings; administrative duties related to the training/day-of activities.
- Leadership & Management: Will be responsible for leading and developing Product Training Manager and Training & Sales coordinator.
- E-Learning or digital content creation is a plus
