- As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing global demand generation and business development programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue.
- In collaboration with regional field marketing directors, sales leadership team, product marketing, and communications teams, you will drive the strategy and lead a marketing team to implement global integrated marketing programs to generate leads and advance opportunities and pipeline conversion.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of global program managers, driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs to meet lead generation and pipeline requirements at scale.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, regional field marketing, product marketing, and communications to create and execute on global integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing plans that drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Develop and refine tools and processes to support, grow, and optimize demand generation programs, including technology, onboarding, enablement, dashboards, and reporting.
