- Apply instructional design theories, practices, and methods in the design and creation of instructional materials, including instructor-led training, eLearning courses, videos, job aids, self-study guides, and structured on-the-job learning (examples of structured on-the-job training include training plans, progressive training plans, guided learning activities, and skill verification).
