- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven Leadership: With at least three years of experience leading a sanitation team in a USDA regulated facility, or a bachelor's degree complemented by a Food Science (or closely related) internship, you'll demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
- Sanitation Savvy: A thorough understanding of sanitation chemicals and their applications, combined with working knowledge of USDA regulations, GMPs, sanitation processes/procedures, and HACCP, will be second nature to you.
