- Reporting to the Head of IT US CRM & Omnichannel Solutions, IT US Omnichannel Solutions Lead partners with the UCB PVUs, I2I and MAP teams to lead projects, use technology systems, and manage technical support resources (internal and/or external) ensuring scalability of systems, processes for the US market across the entire value chain and patient journey.
- Project Management Leadership: Manage local and global projects based on business requirements in line with the IT Project Management Framework.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the IT SME for Omnichannel technologies throughout the global organization.
- Support and/or Lead the software delivery lifecycle (“SDLC”) for the Omnichannel system for the US business.
- 7+ years’ experience in full systems life cycle management and deployment experience in Omnichannel/marketing automation systems.
