- ABOUT THE ROLE: The Restaurant Sushi Chef at Nobu will assists the Nobu Executive Chef with the day to day operations of the department and ensure overall quality of products produced.
- Prepares recipes and food items in accordance with the Executive/Head Chef requirements and the Nobu standards.
- Prepares recipes, hot, cold and dessert food items in accordance with standard operating procedures including sushi preparations.
- Prepares sauces, sautés, tempura, wood oven, teppanyaki, grill, desserts, and sushi food items in accordance with restaurant needs.
- Handles knives professionally to slice, dice, chop, and prepare food.
