- PhD in applied physics, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, optics or a related experimental field
- Strong background in molecular vibration and electronic transition spectroscopy using full spectra information for complex qualitative and quantitative chemical characterization of various mixtures
- Familiarity with optical spectroscopy (example, absorption, FTIR, photoacoustic, Raman, fluorescence, LIBS, etc.)
- Familiarity with scientific data analysis tools, such as: MATLAB, PLS, PCR, IGOR Pro, Horizon, Origin, LabVIEW, Python, etc.
