Akkodis is seeking a Project/Process Manager or Program Manager for a leader in the manufacturing industry. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and/or process management. The Project and Process Manager will lead and coordinate key projects, ensuring successful outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams for multiple projects and change management processes throughout the organization.Pay Range: $50-65 per hourCandidates must be local to the Cleveland/Akron area!This is a great opportunity to work with an innovative manufacturing company!Project Manager job responsibilities include:<ul><li>Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure phases of multiple projects/processes.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within the established constraints.</li><li>Identify and assess potential risks and issues and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed.</li><li>Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management through regular status reports and meetings.</li><li>Facilitate change management processes to assess, prioritize, and implement changes effectively while minimizing disruption to project timelines and objectives.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, Program Management, Process Management and/or Change Management.</li><li>Strong experience in managing multiple projects at a time, preferably in a variety of areas including IT projects, supply chain, finance, and/or manufacturing projects and processes.</li><li>Experience in defining projects and processes, setting timeliness of projects, identifying change management, and related documentation.</li><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Organizational skills are a must.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written</li></ul> If you are interested in this Project Manager job, please click APPLY NOW.
