- With particular emphasis on acting as front-line costumer service to students via email, this role is integral to the successful launch of Summer School 2024.
- This individual will provide support for other front-line staff regarding inquiries by researching requests in DCE’s customer relationship management tool, Salesforce.
- Additionally, this individual will update student records to accurately indicate whether students are in compliance with university policies.
- This role provides general administrative, clerical, and customer service support on additional projects, as needed.
