- Position Overview The Process Improvement Specialist will assist the Director of Process Improvement in the formulation, execution and evaluation of business process improvements and practices.
- Job DescriptionAssists in integration and alignment of the operational excellence process with business strategies and priorities by supporting in the implementation of the performance evaluation, risk management, internal audit, and corrective action processes.
- Develop and maintain a list of ongoing Process Improvement projects and track them.
- Assists in the facilitation of work group meetings, as needed, in support of process improvement projects.
- Minimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years’ experience in process improvement role in a health plan, or progressive experience in consulting, operations or related discipline.
