- Duties Reporting to the Performing Arts and Events Coordinator, the Patron Services and Volunteer Manager (on-call) of the Fine and Performing Arts Center at Moraine Valley Community College is an hourly position that assists with the daily operations of the box office to ensure exceptional customer service and assist with front-of-house operations for all events in a multi-venue environment.
- Assist the Performing Arts and Events Coordinator with daily operations of the Fine and Performing Arts Center Front of House (FOH) and Box Office.
- Assist with all aspects of the box office including, but not limited to advance sales, group sales, will call, online/walk-up/phone sales, comp tickets, subscriptions, CRM, high-quality customer service.
- Prepare volunteer usher intake information forms and hiring volunteer ushersAssist in maintaining data records of volunteers annually, maintain current contact information, and track usher attendance.
- Assist the Coordinator with Performing Arts Series, campus events, rentals, and special events including, but not limited to receptions, opening/closing art gallery, donor events, merchandise, hospitality, etc.
