Job Responsibilities & Description for Office Manager: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments, manage customer invoices and monitor collections Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee payroll processes, including time tracking and deductions, ensure compliance with payroll regulations and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Compile and distribute reports in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders at the various vendors including the Newport News shipyard.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
