- The Meat Cutter follows all food safety and Co-op policies in performing these duties.
- The Meat Cutter works closely with the Meat Department Manager to ensure that product is ordered and received, cut correctly to minimize shrink, and wrapped for retail readiness while upholding sanitation standards.
- Ensures that all meat, poultry, and seafood is cut and wrapped with minimal shrink
- Works with Meat Department Manager to determine profitable product mix
