- The Lead Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is directly responsible to ensure that the provision of group and one to one services to children on the autism spectrum are based on specific interventions that are derived from an individualized treatment/behavior plan.
- The Lead Behavior Health Technician (BHT) will follow the direction of and receive supervision from the BCBA and/or Behavior Consultant, but will report to the Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor of the program.
- Work Collaboratively with the Assistant Supervisor, Supervisor, BCBA, Behavior Consultant, Program Manager, and all team members to ensure the service plan is meeting the client’s needs and recommend other services as needed.
- Must meet one of the following: Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent, and completed 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (before seeing clients).
