As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing structural steel fabrication projects from conception to completion. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting client expectations, and upholding our commitment to quality and safety by managing projects on-site. The client is offering: a salary range based on experience 60-70K- 100% paid benefits, Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, HSA, Life Insurance, and travel expenses Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure financial goals are met without compromising on project quality.
Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures throughout the fabrication process.
