- Reporting to the VP of People & Talent, you will work closely with the HR and People teams as the SME of Workday, working to continually improve our HR technology.
- Serve as the Workday system expert for support of business processes, integration support, reporting, and data integrity for the Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time/Attendance and Reporting modules.
- Responsible for administrative functions to include security, tenant management, vendor engagement and issue escalation
- Partner with benefits and HR teams on cyclical processes like open enrollment, compensation merit process, bonus payout, etc.
