- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time housekeeper to work within our emergency department at Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
- An emergency department housekeepers role is to support the clinical staff by maintaining and restocking all areas of the department, encompassing ordering stock, stock rotation and liaising with the materials management team.
- The main elements of the role are ensuring the delivery of cleaning, stocking equipment, ordering stores, catering, together with other specified tasks to meet individual patient needs as determined by the sister/charge nurse.
- To ensure the department is safe and tidy at all times e.g. remove clutter, tidy notice boards, signage etc.
