- The Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) main responsibility will be addressing escalated tickets coming through ConnectWise.
- Successful Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) will be well versed with AD, GPO, Windows Server, Windows/MacOS, Hyper-V or VMware, Azure, network troubleshooting, and Azure AD.
- Only accepting Help Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) applicants with previous experience working for a MSP or CSP.
