- This role would suit a senior strategic marketer or SME in Customer Loyalty who would be responsible for leading the buyer engagement programme strategy and plans that focus on building relationships with our key strategic buyers and clients, primarily across our PCP, ultimately to increase consideration and first choice for our services and offerings.
- This role will lead the Buyer Engagement marketing team alongside digital marketing, content & thought leadership, brand and campaign management, setting best practice and on the development and implementation of the buyer engagement strategy and plan to support the business in achieving its ambitions.
- This role works closely with the Client Strategy Director, to agree buyer engagement focus aligned to the strategic Go to Market priorities.
- You will need to understand the Firm’s go-to-market Strategy and business priorities to continually evolve and develop a fully integrated Buyer Engagement plan that drives clear commercial value across our client base and meets the KPIs of the business, is critical to the success of this role.
- Support the Client Strategy Director and the Marketing Excellence Director in the development of the ongoing buyer engagement strategy and plan that deepens client relationships and ultimately builds loyalty.
