Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator should: <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.</li><li>Develop productive schedules.</li><li>Manage patient documents and records.</li><li>Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.</li><li>Present treatment plans and collect payments</li><li>Arrange payment plans for patients</li><li>Knowledge of dental insurance verification</li><li>Ability to submit dental insurance claims electronically</li><li>Correct and resubmit rejected or invalid insurance claims</li><li>Knowledgeable or willingness to learn A&R for 30/60/90 aging claims </li><li>Electronically process insurance pre-determinations when needed</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>at least 2-3 years of prior experience working in dentistry as a Front Office Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator is preferred</li><li>Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix is preferred but not required</li><li>Knowledge of Dental operations</li><li>Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is a plus</li><li>Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required</li></ul>About Us: Apply today and join a team that thrives to elevate all aspects of dentistry having patient health at the center of everything we do.
