- This position works cooperatively with all the directors, managers, and line staff to lead the scheduling and delivery of five-star, gold-standard services in a timely and professional manner for residents and guests.
- It serves as the liaison for the contracted services such as the salon and valet, and will supervise and schedule the front desk, receptionist, and concierge staff.
- Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and manage the concierge, front desk, and reception staff members.
- Supervise activities of the Front Desk/Concierge team including operations and procedures, task assignments, campus security, scheduling, job performance, and training to provide excellent customer service as rated on annual resident satisfaction surveys and excellent guest experience.
- Fill in at the front desk in both the concierge and resident services roles when open shifts arise; shifts will include days, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
