- Under direction of the General Counsel and the supervising attorney, the Corporate Counsel is responsible for negotiating, drafting, revising and maintaining contracts for the company and its affiliates.
- This role will be exposed to a variety of in-house legal responsibilities including compliance, real estate, employment, intellectual property, corporate governance and corporate transactions.
- Support other members of the legal department and business teams with new and ongoing litigation matters in partnership with outside counsel.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- 5+ years of combined, relevant experience as an in-house counsel or a combination of in-house and private practice, with an expertise in contract law and corporate/business entity laws.
